Kaiserschmarren from Austria
You need: 4 eggs, 1 small spoon of sugar, 1 package vanilla sugar, 375ml milk, 125 grams flour, 40 grams butter, a bit of salt
Mix eggs yolk, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until it foams.
Afterwards add milk and flour slowly.
Make handmade beaten eggs.
Add the beaten egg whites with care.
Use a big pan, add butter and heat it up.
Put in the dough and wait until it is slightly brown on the bottom, then turn around wait again and divide into small pieces
Fry until it looks like on the picture.
Serve with icing sugar and apple purée or Zwetschgenröster.
